Betsy and Tacy Go Over the Big Hill

There are so many wildflowers referred to in the Betsy-Tacy books that we're certain Maud Hart Lovelace must have loved the flowers that grew so profusely around Deep Valley and in the parks near her homes in Minneapolis and on Lake Minnetonka.

Louise King has prepared a list of the wildflowers in the Betsy Tacy books and the references to those flowers.

Louise and Carolyn King have taken beautiful photos of many of these flowers as well.

Enjoy!
